From start to finish he was wonderful. There are many real estates agents out there that just list your home on HAR and wait for a buyer to come to them then collect a substantial commission. THAT IS NOT KLEBER I can honestly say he is an agent that earns his commission with every client whether you are his best friend or a stranger that was referred to him. He doesn t just tell you what you want to hear but what you NEED to HEAR. He delivers on his commitments and I would recommend him to anyone looking for an agent that knows the industry, is professional and does not stop at just listing your home on HAR This experience taught me that just choosing the right person to work with is crucial because if I had not I would still own my condo.
Kleber provided us with outstanding service. He is a full-service realtor, whatever we needed he provided and took care of all the necessary work - arranging contractors, gardeners, painters, etc. - and always communicated clearly with us, providing us with quotes and timelines before proceeding with any work. He also went above and beyond his duties providing us with advice regarding another house we own outside of Texas, and recommended us to an excellent realtor for our other property. I sincerely cannot recommend him more highly or suggest improvements.
